Peerless Saw specializes in the custom manufacturing of industrial grade circular saw bodies for carbide and alloy tipping. We offer saw bodies in diameters from under 2″ to over 40″ in thicknesses from .030″ to .750″. We source the finest alloy steel to hold up to the industry’s most demanding applications.  Primarily, we use 8670 alloy steel to manufacture our saw bodies.  We also use 75Cr1 steel and 80CrV2.

All aspects of the saw body manufacturing process are under one roof: Heat treatment, laser cutting, surface grinding, tooth design, and hammersmithing. When ordering saw bodies from Peerless, you not only get an American made product made with modern equipment, you get hundreds of years of combined manufacturing experience.
